Technical Sales

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Technical Sales professional to assist in our Sales department.
Job Description
The position will perform a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Review customers' requirements and recommend specific product solutions.
- Quotation preparation and follow through from order inception to delivery.
- Assist in the development and organization of sales forecasts
- Oversee web page content and organize updates.
- Prepare press releases, advertisements and relevant articles for print and electronic sources
- Prepare, organize and distribute material as required
- Assist in all stages of the sales/support cycle: pipeline, forecast, prospect, closing and follow up.
- Prepare product comparison studies
- Coordinate event display / Graphic designs
- Attend industry and marketing events, conferences, shows and exhibitions as required.
- Provide support to customers or representatives as required.
- Provide on-going support and services to customers.
Qualifications
- Desktop Publishing
- Minimum of one-year previous sales/marketing experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and/or engineering preferred. Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent with a working knowledge of electronics.
- Knowledge of test and measurement techniques and testing equipment is preferred but not required
- Aptitude to learn technical products & applications, including Power Industry sectors
- Exhibits highly developed levels of self-initiation and motivation
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a great customer focused mentality
- Ability to work well with a team and the ability to work self-supervised
- Strong relationship building skills
- “Can do” attitude, coachable and demonstrated ability to win
This is a full-time salaried position, which offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

Electronic Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electronic Technician to assist in our Service department.
Job Description
The position will perform a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Repair and Calibrate Test Systems.
- Clean and restore Test Systems and sub-assemblies
- Trouble-shoot Test Systems and Operational Procedures
- Provide support to customers or representatives as required
- Review customers' requirements for specific product updates or modifications
- Service reports and Quotation preparation
- Coordinate various components and sub-assembly orders and stock
- Attend industry conferences and exhibitions as required.
Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering plus two years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies. OR
- Associate degree in Electronics technology or equivalent technical certificate plus 4 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Current Driver’s license.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player
- Understands and applies all electrical safety requirements.
- Microsoft Operating System Proficient, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to analyze problems and determine action to be taken.
- Read and understand schematics and circuits.
- Able to troubleshoot down to component level.
- Familiarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
- Soldering/desoldering experience: through hole and surface mount.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of the following fundamental electrical concepts:
Basic Electricity, Fundamentals AC/DC, Digital Electronics. - Ability to work well with a team and the ability to work self-supervised
