IMPORTANT: Downloaded files may be compressed (zipped). DO NOT UNCOMPRESS (UNZIP). Follow these instructions for zipped files:

• Download the firmware .zip file onto your USB key on the root directory (NOT in a sub-directory and DO NOT Unzip it).
• Connect the USB key to the instrument and follow on-screen instructions. The system will detect and automatically install the new firmware and restart the system.
